The menu
The works of art from the grill, as the grill master calls them, are available in different versions:
- The classic American style burger: Swiss beef patty (approx. 170g) with a slight spiciness .
- Poulet-Tröimli: crispy chicken, breaded with cornflakes.
- Pflänzli: Patty made from soy and pea protein in an olive bun, garnished with avocado sauce.
- Monster: XXL burger with Black Angus patty (200g).
