Sweet brioches, delicious fish and chicken dishes and homemade drinks: this food truck combines West African and European influences.

Tradition with a modern twist

Whether for your company event, festival or wedding aperitif, the West African specialties from this food truck will delight your guests. Choose between a buffet option or a menu. Aperitifs and brunches can also be booked. The dishes are traditional, but some have been reinterpreted and influenced by European cuisine.


The menu

Brioches with various fillings are a specialty of the house. The pastries are made fresh from scratch by the chef. They are filled with tomato and mozzarella, roast chicken or bacon, for example, or in the sweet version with chocolate, berries or caramel.

Other dishes and drinks (selection):

  • Green salad with a tuna tranche
  • Tiep: Fried rice with chicken, soup vegetables and caramelized onions.
  • Poulet braisé: Grilled chicken from the fire with green salad and side dishes
  • Rice pudding
  • Bissap: Homemade drink made from hibiscus
  • Gnamakoudji: Homemade ginger drink with mint, pineapple and lemon juice


An example menu for your event could look like this:
  • Appetizer: Avocado salad with egg, walnuts and pomegranate
  • Main course: Jollof rice with seasonal vegetables, served with chicken or fish
  • Dessert: homemade donuts with a chocolate or caramel vinaigrette.
  • Drinks: apple juice with ginger or bissap

Optional main course: barbecue buffet with fish, chicken, turkey and vegetables.


The cook

The chef, who comes from the Ivory Coast, practically grew up in her grandmother's kitchen and learned how to spoil guests from her. As her grandmother ran a restaurant, daily shopping at the market and cooking were a big part of her childhood. Today, the chef treats her guests to dishes from her homeland, paying tribute to her beloved grandmother.
