Genuinely American: the noble smoke note
Did you know that a real American barbecue is prepared in a so-called "Smoker"? This is a wood-fired oven made of solid steel, in which the food is cooked for several hours in the smoke of hard or fruit woods. The smoke gives the meat its special, extremely noble flavour.
Apéro in the Weiher-Lounge
There is nothing better than spending a warm summer evening outside, enjoying a fine drink, listening to the barbecue sizzle and chatting with friends. The "Smoker" event takes place on a beautiful garden terrace. Before you go to the rich buffet, start the evening with a drink in our cosy lounge at the pond.
Meat buffet, side dishes and dessert
After the aperitif, choose your favourite pieces from the meat buffet. How about an entrecôte or a beer pork rib? Chicken thighs or tuna steaks are also available. The side dish buffet also leaves no wish unfulfilled: The leaf and raw vegetable salads tempt you with three different dressings, in addition a rich selection of antipasti, crispy corn chili baguettes from the oven, BBQ rice, baked potatoes and corn rounds awaits you. For dessert you can enjoy a berry tiramisù or a fine ice cream ball.
