Whether a stylish reception or an elegant dinner - this exclusive catering service will turn your event into a culinary experience. Choose between a sophisticated flying aperitif with three to five seasonal creations or a classically served 3-course menu at star level. All dishes are lovingly prepared, stylishly presented and prepared with fresh, preferably regional ingredients - according to your wishes.
The aperitif
The Flying Apéro is the perfect way to kick off your event: delicious, cold snacks served elegantly on trays that can be enjoyed comfortably while standing - without any cutlery. This form of catering is ideal for vernissages, exhibitions or corporate events.
A selection of possible dishes:
- Spareribs tacos with homemade BBQ sauce, served with coleslaw
- Noix Gras (homemade vegetarian foie gras) with port wine, celery and coffee
- Hand-cut beef tartare with egg yolk, pickles and Meaux mustard
- Parmesan soup with rosemary oil and black pepper
- Mushroom praline with goulash oil with crème fraîche and chives
The dinner
For more festive occasions such as Christmas parties, business lunches or private parties, we offer an elegant dinner with three seasonally inspired courses. Served at the table in a relaxed atmosphere.
Appetizers (selection):
- Baby salad with smoked almond, radish and cucumber
- Ravioli filled with salsiccia with mascarpone and thyme foam sauce and fennel
- Spicy mushroom and potato muffin with sherry vinegar sauce and broccoli
Main courses (selection):
- Pata negra fillet with cured ham and chimichurri jus
- Tongue and zucchini rolls with lemon and almond velouté
- Beetroot brasato (12 hours cooking time) with garden cress and blackberry braised jus
Side dishes (selection):
- Potato mille-feuille with Périgord truffle and Parmesan cheese
- Mac & cheese terrine with fried onions and lovage
- Colored radish ragout with parsley, peas and white wine
Desserts (selection):
- Crème brûlée with lavender, lemon, verbena sorbet and sablé crumble
- Cassis Negroni with spruce shoot oil, brioche
- Tiramisu with airy mascarpone foam, mocha ice cream, fresh berries and amaretto crunch
Cheese specialties or entire dessert buffets are available on request.
