Fondue Chinoise has a long tradition. Noble pieces of meat are cooked in a tasty bouillon and then eaten with various sauces and side dishes. You can enjoy a Fondue Chinoise with two persons or more, but also in a larger company. A convivial possibility, for example to carry out your company Christmas party... and the view over Lake Zurich is free of charge!
If you wish and weather permitting, you can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace beforehand.

The fondue and the side dishes

We will serve you a salad bowl in front with a colourful leaf salad and dressing of your choice. This is followed by the strong bouillon in a fondue pot with beef, veal and chicken. In addition we serve silver onions, gherkins, homemade curry sauce, garlic sauce and cocktail sauce as well as rice and French fries.

Accommodation and seminars

Embedded in a dreamlike landscape, surrounded by meadows, forest and lake, you will find a place of peace and relaxation. And if you don't want to go home anymore, stay overnight in one of the beautiful rooms with a fantastic view.
Banquet/seminar rooms are also available for unforgettable events. In the in-house restaurant, guests are spoiled daily with a hearty breakfast and at noon and evening with market-fresh and seasonal menus.
