What could be better than being spoiled with Italian specialties during a cozy get-together among team colleagues, friends or family? This enjoyment evening is entirely under the motto "La dolce vita". The kitchen is openly accessible; so you can follow the creation of the individual dishes, look over the shoulders of the kitchen team and, if interested, learn more about the preparation of the individual dishes – or simply sit back, relax and enjoy what is served up.

"La dolce vita" starts with an aperitivo, followed by various antipasti. The first course is then a traditionally prepared pasta dish or risotto. For the next course you can choose between different dishes with or without meat. The sweet conclusion is the dolci. All dishes come to the table in bowls or on platters. So your guests can eat whatever their heart desires.

The frame and the Mediterranean Sea

Your Italian evening will take place in a stylishly furnished cooking studio near Uster; a place entirely dedicated to enjoyment. The combination of rustic roof beams and modern cooking islands creates an interesting setting for your feast. When the weather is nice, you can dine on the roof terrace with a view over the rooftops. If the Alps weren't in between, you'd have a clear view of the Mediterranean.
