The food

There are three food options to choose from:

• Starter package: 2 starters, 1 main course, 1 dessert
• Rocking Around: 3 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts
• The Big Bang: 4 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts

Depending on the option selected, you can choose one or more dishes from this menu:

Appetizers

• Leek and potato soup
• Morel terrine
• Armagnac pâté
• Veal pâté
• Raw ham
• Shrimp salad

with festive pastries

Hot dishes

• Breast of duck in orange sauce with spaetzle
• Meat birds with vegetable ragout and polenta
• Revenison ragout with red cabbage and croquettes
• Raclette with potatoes, homemade pickles and gherkins; also with vegan cheese
• Fondue chinoise with meat or vegetables

Desserts

• Chocolate mousse
• Sweet dumpling variation
• Tiramisú

Alternatively, Café de Paris is available - delicious beef, cut to palm size, which you cook yourself at the table (served with rice or chips and vegetables).

Delicious drinks such as a gingerbread granita or a winter mule are always available from the Christmas bar.

Karaoke or DJ

Fun is also guaranteed: would you like to celebrate a karaoke party with your employees? A professional system with a large selection of music, from Christmas classics to après-ski hits, is available. Alternatively, you can opt for a DJ set (live or from a band) to get your team on the dance floor. A photo box with Christmas accessories can also be booked.
