Suitable for large groups
Are you looking for exceptional catering for your party, company event or Christmas dinner? This raclette food truck will be an eye-catcher at your event and spoil your guests with delicious cheese creations. The offer is also suitable for large groups: Up to 300 portions of 100 grams of cheese per hour are served on the Piaggio Ape. The food truck can be set up both indoors and outdoors.
The menu
With your raclette, which is served with hot potatoes, you and your guests can choose from over ten different ingredients and sauces and put together your own personal favorite raclette. For example, pears, jalapeños, bacon, garlic sauce and much more are available.
The flambéed raclette is a house specialty: the cheese specialty is refined with your favorite schnapps.
More dishes available
On request, the food truck team will prepare other cheese dishes for you, such as raclette hot dogs, cheeseburgers with raclette cheese or crepes refined with raclette. Your menu can also be supplemented with warm chestnuts and mulled wine for an aperitif or delicious waffles for dessert.
