The menu
The holy trinity of North American BBQ comes from the smoker: pulled pork, beef brisket and spare ribs. These delicacies are the food truck's house specialties. The head griller drew inspiration for his recipes from classic Texan barbecue.
Vegans and vegetarians also get their money's worth: On offer is a tasty veggie burger made from black beans. It is served with homemade fries prepared by a Belgian expert. Crunchy coleslaw salad and vegan ceasar salad round off the menu.
On request, you can order a selection of appetizers for your guests: Jalapeño poppers, nachos with cheese sauce and Texan bruschetta are on offer.

The food is always prepared by the food truck team using seasonal and natural products. The bread, for example, comes from the local master baker and the meat from a butcher in Central Switzerland.
