In Mexico, good, simple, healthy food is available on almost every street corner. This food truck brings the uncomplicated Mexican food to your party. Your guests have the choice between tacos al pastor, burritos and torta each with meat or in a vegetarian version. Other delicacies from the Mexican cuisine are also available on request.
The Mexican specialties
- Tacos al pastor: three corn tortillas filled with chicken meat or vegetables, with onions, cilantro, pineapple and guacamole salsa.
- Torta: pocket bread filled with chicken meat or vegetables, with cheese, radish salad, cilantro, onions and guacamole salsa
- Burrito: Wheat tortilla filled with chicken meat or vegetables, with tomato-cucumber salad, raw red cabbage and cipotle mayo sauce

The truck and the team
This food truck is a maneuverable small vehicle with a small footprint. Water and gas are available in the mobile kitchen. Apart from electricity, no other connections are required. The Swiss-Mexican kitchen team makes a heart's desire come true with the food truck. It looks forward to delighting your guests with authentically prepared Mexican specialties made from high-quality ingredients.
