Poké Bowl from May to September

This food truck offers honest, fresh, healthy and sustainable cuisine. Whether fish, meat or vegetables: all ingredients come from the region and are partly Demeter organic quality. In spring and summer there are the popular Hawaiian Poké Bowls with up to 28 different ingredients, optionally with salmon from sustainable farming, chicken from Switzerland, Teriyaki Beef or also in a vegetarian or vegan version. Poké Bowls are bowls full of energy, health and happiness!

Ramen soups from October to April

In the cold season, the food truck comes to your party with the finest ramen soups. The basis of this noodle soup from traditional Japanese cuisine is a homemade broth (either vegetable broth or chicken broth). Ramen soup is also a dish rich in healthy ingredients, which will make your guests not only full, but also happy.

Food truck personalization

Upon request, the food truck can be visually customized to your event for an additional charge by covering it with a special film for the duration of the event.
