Meat specialty Asado
Discover the diverse food culture of Uruguay - as catering at your birthday party, wedding, company celebration or festival. A central component of Uruguayan cuisine is meat in all its variations. The famous asado barbecue meal in particular is internationally renowned.
Asado, also known as paradilla, is also served from this food truck - juicy, aromatic and always freshly prepared. The grill selection includes beef ribs and flank steak, chorizo - a sausage made from beef and pork - and chicken thighs. These are served with Russian salad, made from potatoes, carrots and eggs, combined with homemade mayonnaise.
National dish of Uruguay
However, the specialty of the meat professionals from the food truck is the national dish of Uruguay: the chivito. The sandwich with beef, cheese, egg, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and other delicious ingredients is a real classic and simply has to be tried.
The food truck offer is completed by the homemade empanadas. These are offered with various fillings, including minced beef or the veggie option with spinach and corn.

- Main course: Parrillada with cross rib and flank steak of beef, chorizo, chicken thigh, sweetbreads, pork chops or spare ribs of pork, onions, peppers, corn on the cob and grilled potatoes, Russian salad and bread on the side
- Dessert: Alfajores (filled cookies) and flan de dulce de leche
