From the food truck
Hearty food with the best taste, prepared according to her own recipes: the chef has perfected her fried chicken. She will spoil your guests at your company or customer event, your private party or your festival. Fresh ingredients are particularly important to her and she makes most of her dishes herself, including sauces and seasoning mixes. The fried chicken menu is served with French fries and coleslaw.
In addition to her house specialty, the chef also prepares sweet treats, such as homemade doughnuts with various fillings such as raspberry jam, apricot jam or Nutella. Nutella or cinnamon balls made from doughnut dough are also on offer to satisfy small appetites.
For catering
For business events or private celebrations, the chef offers aperitif catering from the food truck according to your wishes. Other catering services for your dinner party, children's birthday party or wedding are also available on request.
The following dishes are available for a classic aperitif (six components) or for a riche aperitif (ten components):
- Meat platter and/or cheese platter (salami, ham, Bündnerfleisch, various cheeses)
- Vegetable skewers
- Variations of canapés (e.g. thon mousse, salmon, brie, tomato mousse)
- Puff pastry variations (e.g. bacon sticks, mini sausages in pastry, ham and cheese buns)
- Fruit platter
- Desserts in a glass (e.g. tiramisu, cheesecake)
- Homemade party bread
- Homemade focaccia (filled with rocket, parmesan and grilled vegetables)
- Salads in a jar (e.g. tomato mozzarella, courgette, couscous, potato)
