Diverse range
The team's top priority is the quality of the ingredients: fresh whole milk and cream from the Emmental, Swiss sugar and chocolate and, whenever possible, Swiss fruit such as plums, cherries and apricots are processed in small quantities to make high-quality gelato. Nuts such as pistachios and hazelnuts are sourced from Italy. In addition to classics such as chocolate, vanilla and coffee, the range also includes unusual flavors such as mango, black sesame and elderflower-poppy seed.
Sustainable on the road
Sustainability is also a top priority: The mobile gelateria is plastic-free and works with compostable containers, straws and spoons. The paper cups are recyclable. Treat your guests to this special refreshment!
