Ingredients imported directly from Puglia by the chef's trusted suppliers, plus herbs from the secondo's home garden, who grew up in Bern - only the finest products of the highest quality are used in this food truck. The result is authentic southern Italian pasta dishes based on family recipes that the chef has inherited from his nonna and parents and refined with a modern twist. These dishes will delight your guests - whether at your customer event, company party, vernissage or private celebration.
Cooking is done on site
The homemade pasta is always prepared directly on site in the food truck, and the various sauces are also cooked on site where possible. Vegan, vegetarian or with meat - the chef will be happy to cater to your individual wishes and discuss the offer with you in advance. Possible sauce options:
- Salsiccia ragout
- Tomato sauce with vegetable soffritto
- Alla Puttanesca (anchovies, capers, olives)
- Bolognese with beef ragout
- Ragout of rabbit
- Basil pesto (in season)
- Ricotta
Other southern Italian dishes as well as aperitifs, starters and homemade tiramisu for dessert are available on request.
