Fresh pizza for your guests, conjured up by a pizzaiolo from Naples? That's what you get with this food truck. The pizzas are prepared with biga, a pre-dough. This allows the dough to mature for at least 30 hours before baking. This produces airy, aromatic and wholesome pizzas. The dough is made with traditional flour from Naples, which gives the pizza its typical taste. Fior di Latte and sun-ripened tomatoes from southern Italy round off the taste experience. Thanks to his specially developed double-baking system - unique in Switzerland - the Pizzaiolo creates a pizza that is crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside.
Large selection of ingredients
Book the pizza food truck for your company party, team event, wedding or birthday party. Up to 100 fresh pizzas can be baked per hour. You select six ingredients in advance to be used for the pizza topping. You can choose from mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, olives, ham, salami, tuna, gorgonzola and much more. The pizzaiolo will be happy to advise you on planning your catering.
