Ojo de Agua brand meat is grilled on a real Quebracho charcoal fire (charcoal without chemical additives) to create the delicious, juicy steak sandwiches that are a specialty of this food truck.

The high quality and delicious taste of the dishes will make your event a culinary highlight for your guests - be it a company event, a street food festival, your wedding or any other public or private occasion.

The menu

You put together the desired dishes for your event together with the food truck team. A selection:

• Steak sandwich: Beef hoof steak (Ojo de Agua) with a homemade chimichurri sauce, coleslaw, onions, peperoncino and rocket salad
  
• Burger: beef burger with a homemade sauce, coleslaw, onions, cheese and/or rocket on request; also available with a spicy seasoning
  
• Vegi burger: Meatless burger with a homemade sauce, coleslaw, with onions, cheese and/or rocket on request; also available with a spicy seasoning
  
• Various side dishes: tomato and mozzarella salad, Hörnli salad with vegetables, potato salad, bulgur salad with chickpeas
  
• Various desserts: chocolate mousse, panna cotta, various tarts such as mango quark tart, strawberry yoghurt tart, chocolate cream tart

On request, the food truck team will prepare barbecue platters with various meat specialties for your event. Aperitif platters with vegetables and dips, olives, cheese and/or potato chips and other snacks as well as drinks of your choice are also available.
