Waffles are the trump card here, and in (almost) every flavor: this food truck brings unusual creations to your company event, wedding, trade fair or anniversary celebration.

The team will be happy to cater to your wishes - potato rösti waffles with Zürcher Geschnetzeltem for a business lunch? Smoked salmon rolls on sepia waffles with horseradish foam for a wedding aperitif? Or sweet creations with Nutella, marshmallows or fresh fruit for a children's birthday party? All this is possible.

Lunch catering at your company location is also possible. Hire the food truck team for regular or occasional lunch services. Home-made drink specialties are served alongside the waffles.

Sweet

• The Pure: waffles with a hint of powdered sugar.
  
• Strawberry Fields: butter waffle with Yogurette mousse and fresh strawberries.
  
• The Hanseatin: Buttermilk waffle with Hamburg red fruit jelly.
  
• All Apricot: Creamy apricot quark and freshly cooked apricot compote complement the fluffy poppy seed waffle.

Hearty

• Heisser Seehund: fried onion waffle with Wienerli (also veggie option), homemade cucumber relish and various sauces.
  
• Popeye: Spinach waffle with feta cream and tomato salad, optionally with cured ham.
  
• The Club: Waffle club sandwich with grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, iceberg lettuce, tomato and homemade dressing.
  
• All Quark: Airy quark parmesan waffle with herb quark, optionally with raw ham or smoked salmon.
  
• Celery and Cole: Potato and celery waffle with coleslaw, spring onions, roasted pecans and pastrami (also veggie option).
