The All-Inclusive Package
Are you looking for someone to take care of the drinks for your party or wedding in a hassle-free way throughout the entire event? This catering service makes that possible. It covers all your beverage needs during your event. The beverage team plans the required quantities, purchases the drinks, delivers them, chills them on-site, serves them, and disposes of all waste after the event ends.
The package includes refreshing soft drinks such as cola, iced tea, or Citro, as well as mineral water, energy drinks, coffee, and tea; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer; sparkling wine; various wines; and a selection of liqueurs and long drinks such as Baileys, Limoncello, Jägermeister, gin and tonic, whiskey and cola, or Cuba Libre. Your guests can order as much as they want—billing is based on an all-inclusive flat rate of 5 francs per person per hour.
Ice-cold drinks guaranteed
The bar team will be on site throughout the entire event to serve your guests—ice-cold drinks are always guaranteed, even if your venue doesn’t have a power outlet. This way, you can enjoy your celebration worry-free, without your guests having to go without drinks.
Additional costs apply only if you’d like to include particularly exclusive alcoholic beverages in your selection or if you require special glasses in addition to the standard glasses and cups that the beverage team brings along. This can be arranged in advance. For smaller orders taking place more than an hour’s drive from Bern, a flat-rate travel fee may apply. This service is available for bookings with a minimum order of 1,000 Swiss francs.
