Crispy, light and airy
With the delicious pinsa, this food truck brings authentic Italian flavour to your party. The main difference between pinsa and pizza is the dough made from wheat, soya and rice flour, which is matured for 72 hours and becomes crispy on the outside and wonderfully light and airy on the inside during baking. Pinsa dough is vegan, lactose-free and contains very little gluten, making it very digestible.
Salty or sweet?
Pinsa is ideal for catering for your guests at a company party, birthday party, town festival or wedding. Enjoy a savoury version with tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, onions, olives, herbs, various vegetables or rocket. Sweet variations with Nutella are also available.
Fresh preparation
Each pinsa is prepared in the food truck with fresh ingredients, some of which are only added after baking. Almost any creation is possible - you can discuss special ingredient requests for your event with the pinsa professionals in advance.
