Do you want good food made from local and seasonal ingredients for your event? This food truck will provide your guests with just that at your company or customer event, garden party, festival or vernissage. The freshly prepared dishes are guaranteed to keep your guests satisfied and full. The versatile range allows you to choose the right dishes for your event.

The menu

The aperitif package includes a seasonal soup and three cups of homemade orange mulled wine or apple-ginger punch (non-alcoholic) per person. You can also choose one of the following dishes:

• Bärner Mümpfeli: a pie made from original spelt dough and filled with delicious seasonal ingredients
  
• American hot dog
  
• Chäsbrägel
  
• Chili with Bernese beef

The lunch package includes mineral water, homemade iced tea and coffee à discrétion, and you can choose one dish from the following options:

Appetizers

• Crisp leaf salad
  
• Seasonal soup

Main courses

• Three-color potato gnocchi
  
• Two kinds of lasagna (Bernese beef or vegetables)
  
• Riesling risotto with thyme

Other dishes are available by arrangement with the food truck team. On request, the food on offer can be supplemented with entertainment, such as a DJ, a band, a poetry slam or a program of your choice.
