Tasting in the brewery with tradition
The oldest brewery in Switzerland welcomes you to St. Gallen. Beer has been brewed, bottled, served and delivered here since 1779. During an aperitif in the brewery, you will learn more about the history of this place and the production of beer. Of course, it doesn't stop at the dry theory; in addition to the information, you will also have the opportunity to taste the brewery's own beers. Enjoy the diverse aromas, train and refine your senses. Examine the aroma, appearance and taste nuances of fresh and delicate to complex and fruity beers.
Even the monks loved beer
The monks were already brewing their own beer behind the St. Gallen monastery walls in the Middle Ages. No fewer than three breweries are listed on the monastery map from 825. The clergy thus laid the foundations for the oldest brewery in Switzerland. Today's modern business consistently continues the tradition of brewing beer. The company has remained independent; it operates sustainably and with great success. You can look forward to a stimulating event in every respect.
