Welcome to the winegrower

On the beautiful garden terrace of the winegrower or in the cosy Carnozet with a view over Lake Biel and St. Peter's Island, you and your guests can enjoy an exclusive barbecue experience. You can help yourself to a buffet with various types of meat and fish and grill them yourself on a large barbecue plate. Instead of "just" sitting at the table, you can keep moving and get into conversation with each other. If you wish, the winegrower will also introduce you to his wines during an aperitif tasting session before the barbecue.

BBQ version 1: De Luxe plus vegetarian

The BBQ version, which is also suitable for vegetarians, includes various types of meat (including beef and steak entrecôte), fish from Lake Biel and the finest grilled vegetables. You can also enjoy a variety of salads. Dessert is also a must, and of course a coffee rounds off the whole pleasure. (Drinks according to price list or can be combined with tasting).

BBQ variation 2: Gourmet

The Gourmet variant is only one point behind the De-Luxe variant: No vegetables on the grill. But of course you can choose from a variety of meats and fish from Lake Biel, as well as various salads. The pleasure is again crowned with a dessert and coffee. (Drinks according to price list or can be combined with tasting).

With wine tasting (up to 150 persons)

What could be better for wine lovers than to taste the fine wines directly at the winery? Whether you take the funicular railway or the car into the vineyards: Above Ligerz you enter another universe. If you wish, the winegrower will welcome you in his winery before the barbecue and guide you through his wines. In this way you will not only have a good time with your friends, team colleagues or customers, but also learn all kinds of interesting facts about the region and the world of wines.
