Culinary highlights from the Landrover
Are you planning an outdoor party or will the food truck find a place in your large company hall? No matter where the vehicle is parked: the bright red Landrover is an eye-catcher in itself. While your guests are arriving, the first fine fragrances escape from the food truck. While waiting for the food, the ice cream between your guests melts. Soon everyone can enjoy one of the many delicacies from the grill, for example a Chimi Burger, a Flow Dog or the fantastic vegetarian Rebel Burger with homemade Chimichurri-Mayo.

The menu of the red food truck includes delicacies for meat fans as well as for vegetable lovers. All specialities are prepared from fresh ingredients and with great love:
- Chimi Burger: Beef burger in mini-bun with pickled red onions and homemade Chimichurri-Mayo
- Rebel Burger: Falafel with beetroot, chickpeas and oats in a mini-bürli bun with pickled red onions and homemade chimichurri mayo
- Flow Dog: Pachifig sausage in Bürli with pickled red onions and homemade Chimichurri-Mayo
- Pastrami 007: Beef (marinated for 24 hours) in pan-fried bread with pickled gherkins and homemade Chimichurri-Mayo
- Randen Jolie: Falafel with beetroot, chickpeas and oats in pan-fried bread with pickled cucumber and homemade chimichurri mayo
- Truck n' Berkel: Freshly sliced San Daniele ham, pickled vegetables and marinated courgettes, mountain hayflower and snipe cow cheese, Maggia, Verzasca and pan-fried stem bread, homemade seasonal hummus and refreshing cucumber sambal
Warm from the Food Bike
You have neither a large garden nor a parking lot or hall available? The food bike on three wheels is in a way the little brother of the red truck. Spoil your guests with dishes like steamed baos, seasonal soups and stews. For occasions with ten to forty people.
